Are you passionate about leveraging the power of social media to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost online presence? We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Optimization Specialist to join our team and take our social media presence to the next level

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**: Create and execute innovative content strategies tailored to different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to effectively engage our target audience.
- **Optimization and Analysis**: Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- **Community Management**: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising initiatives, to promote products, events, and initiatives.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2 year) in social media marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
