
Front Office Assistant

The Front Office Assistant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling their inquiries, and ensuring efficient operations at the hotel's front desk. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Assist guests with making, modifying, and canceling room reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' special requests are fulfilled.
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Follow hotel procedures for ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to established protocols.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
