**Position: Premium Service Specialist**

**Role Overview**:
The Telesales & Service Associate of Bharat Matrimony sells paid memberships over phone to clients who are looking for matrimony alliances. Premium Profiles are carved out to ensure good and enriched customer experience is provided to high profile and premium customers.

The job of a **Premium Service Specialist** is to reach out to such high profile and premium customers over phone, understand their needs, explain them the product & features and deliver value to the customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned

2. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

3. Take individual and collective revenue targets and strive to achieve the revenue targets

4. Selling Membership over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters

5. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

6. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony packages.

7. Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience

8. Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team

9. Strictly adhere to the process requirements

**CTC & Benefits**:

- 2.79 to 3.12 lakhs (inclusive of Incentives)
