**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update information regularly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain continuous contact with prospects.
- Handle customer objections and work to resolve complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them to customers.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in [specific industry, e.g., insurance, fintech,]
- Familiarity with CRM software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹409,676.78 per year
