**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work) including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Hardware Asset Management etc.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Security Operation solutions of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
- Prior exposure to enterprise midrange infrastructure environments.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
