Min. Experience:
- 6 -10 yrs Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of bench sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. - Marketing our Bench Consultants - H1B/OPT/CPT/GC & US CITIZEN
- Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
Understanding their resume and formatting it as required.
- Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.
- Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews. - Submitting to their contacts (own Database).
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
- Follow up with the vendors and coordinated between consultants and vendors for interview.
- Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire ) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.)
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source requirements.
- Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.
- Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales.
- Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.
- Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
- Manage team and provide support on daily bases. Track team submissions and make regular follow-ups. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, updating daily reports, and tracking team performance.
**Salary**: ₹8,536.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
