Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Be updated and conduct research about Competitors in the market
- Cold calling & Generating Leads
- Presentation to customers on Call & Face to Face
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Establishing new business
- Build relationships & rapport with internal & external customers
- Suggesting clients about suitable product and assist them during site visits
- Maintaining accurate records & customer database
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
