**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a packaging role within the manufacturing industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery.
- **ROLES**:

- Lead and supervise the packing team to achieve daily production targets.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on packaging processes and safety protocols.
- Oversee the packaging of products to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Monitor the operation of packing machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
- Ensure all packed products meet company standards and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
