**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Management**:

- Accurately count and verify incoming materials before initiating the packing process.
- **Cleaning Operations**:

- Supervise cleaning laborers to ensure all products are cleaned to meet quality standards before packing.
- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee quality checks in collaboration with the Quality Department laborers to ensure only defect-free products are packed.
- **Packing Operations**:

- Operate and monitor packing machines to maintain efficiency and accuracy during packing processes.
- Supervise packing laborers to ensure adherence to international packaging standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage a team of 35 people, including cleaners, quality checkers, and packers, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Handover to Warehouse**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate handover of packed goods.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records of materials received, packed goods, and items handed over to the warehouse.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards for international shipping.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Science, Commerce, or Engineering).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing/packing is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mathematical ability for inventory and material tracking.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with packing machines and international packaging standards is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
