  • Key Responsibilities:Product Packing: Accurately pack products into boxes, ensuring safe and secure placement to prevent damage during shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an organized packing area by keeping track of stock levels and ensuring the correct products are packed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to ensure they are free from defects, and verify product details against order information.
  • Labeling & Documentation: Affix labels and shipping information to packages, ensuring proper documentation accompanies each shipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders and meet production deadlines.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques while handling products, and ensure compliance with workplace policies and regulations.
  • Maintain Clean Workspace: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Problem Resolution: Report any packaging discrepancies or product defects to the supervisor and collaborate on resolving any issues.
  • Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, or similar role preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, typically up to [insert weight limit] pounds.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in following packing instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
