**About the Job**

We are looking for a back office Guest Service Agent for a Boutique Hotel having a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform all guest check-in and check-out tasks
- Answering guest inquiries and giving proper directions.
- Maintaining guest mail and messages, ensuring response and completion of all guest requests, and providing daily updates.
- Approving room charges/posting room charges.
- Use a computer and other general office equipment.
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Assist in booking and blocking all rooms according to required standards, managing all special reservations, and monitoring all reservations and discounts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

**Qualifications Educational**
- Graduate

**Experience**
- Minimum: 1 year
- Proven experience as an agent or relevant position in the hospitality business.
