Job Title:Customer Experience Representative Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.This is a remote position based in India, requiring excellent communication skills and a commitment to resolving guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.You will work closely with our US-based team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of outstanding guest experiences. Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:Fluent spoken English with clear voice and strong communication skills.Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset.
