- **Role Overview**_

We are looking for a **Lead Wedding Photographer** who can take ownership of our photo team, uphold our brand style, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The role is both **creative** and **managerial** - you’ll shoot, guide, and lead.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Lead the photography team during weddings and events.
- Capture **candid, traditional, and editorial-style portraits** in line with our brand aesthetics.
- Direct and manage **second shooters & assistants** on location.
- Interact confidently with clients, families, and planners.
- Maintain **data workflow** - memory card handling, backups, naming conventions.
- Collaborate with the cinematography team for consistent storytelling.
- Provide creative inputs for **albums, films, and social media content**.
- **Skills & Requirements**_
- 2+ years of wedding photography experience (must share **2 full wedding galleries**).
- Mastery of Canon R-series / Sony Alpha mirrorless systems.
- Expertise in both **natural light & flash photography**.
- Strong leadership & client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple events.
- Ready to travel (Pan India & International).
- Portfolio that shows **storytelling, detail, and elegance**.
