**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal up time.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve and implement new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
