Instance strategy ownership.
- Certified SF consultant with prior experience of managing Provisioning, SF Modules and User Administration.
- Experience in User Role Administration (should have managed authorization for 1Lakh+ users).
- Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models (Corporate & Succession).
- Good knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning.
- Manage platform features that includes home Page setting, HRIS sync to UDF, Personalization and UX.
- Monitor system performance, server & network latency and ensure availability across globe.
- Experience in implementing GDPR country specific policies.
- Schedule & monitor data purging / masking as per data privacy configuration in different SF modules.
- Instance refresh cycle planning, execution, scrambling/anonymize data post refresh.
- Manage quarterly release updates and work with Module Leads to determine enablement plan

**Primary Skills**:

- SAP Successfactors Admin.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models (Corporate & Succession).
- Good knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning.
