**Marketing & Sales Support Executive**

**Primary Role**: To support both marketing and sales teams by coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts (Interior Companies), managing interactions from initial contact to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, including proposals and contracts.
- Support the Sales/Marketing team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing CRM data.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team.
- Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback and insights from the sales team to help refine marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
