As a Client Interaction Associate your primary responsibility is to handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information about our products/services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Providing detailed information about products/services to potential clients.

Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.

Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and engage with potential customers.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM software.

**Location : Vashi**

**6 days a week, All Saturday full day working**:
**Timings: 10.30 am to 6.30 pm**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
