**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Order Management**:

- Confirm product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines with customers.
- **Billing & Documentation**:

- Prepare accurate sales invoices and delivery challans in coordination with accounts.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
- **Customer Follow-up**:

- Regularly follow up with clients for order status, payments, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- **Coordination with Dispatch & Production**:

- Liaise with the **production team** to ensure product availability and order readiness.
- Coordinate with the **dispatch/logistics team** for on-time delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and inform customers about delivery status.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a sales or back-office role in a manufacturing industry (preferably metal or brass products).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software.
- Basic understanding of inventory and production processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
