Required English and Hindi Typing Faculty

1. Typing Instruction:

- Design and deliver typing lessons to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced typists.
- Teach proper typing techniques, including hand positioning, finger placement, and posture.
- Utilize typing software and online resources to facilitate learning and practice.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and customize typing curriculum based on students' needs, age groups, and learning objectives.
- Incorporate typing exercises, drills, and games to engage students and reinforce skills.
- Update curriculum regularly to incorporate new technology and best practices in typing instruction.

3. Individualized Instruction:

- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who require extra assistance or have specific learning challenges.
- Offer personalized feedback and encouragement to help students improve their typing speed and accuracy.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

4. Progress Assessment:

- Assess students' typing skills through regular evaluations, tests, and performance assessments.
- Track students' progress and maintain records of their typing speed, accuracy, and proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on areas for improvement and achievement.

5. Classroom Management:

- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to effective typing instruction.
- Establish clear expectations, rules, and procedures for behavior and participation in typing lessons.
- Manage classroom resources, equipment, and technology to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.

6. Professional Development:

- Stay updated on current trends, research, and developments in typing instruction and educational technology.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences related to typing education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for effective teaching and learning.

7. Communication:

- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on students' progress and performance.
- Address concerns and inquiries from parents regarding their child's typing education and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate typing instruction into the broader curriculum.
