**Position Title**: Account Faculty

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student success.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Provide academic advising and mentoring to students, guiding them in their educational and career paths.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student learning and performance.
- Provide timely feedback to students on assignments and exams, helping them to improve their skills and understanding.
- **Research and Professional Development**:

- Engage in scholarly research and professional development activities to stay current in the field of accounting.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional initiatives that enhance the quality of education.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to improve course offerings and student services.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Ph.D. or CPA is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience at the college level is highly desirable, along with professional experience in accounting or finance.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology and online learning platforms.
