**Job Title**: Receptionist Cum Admin

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk, greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Support the accounting team with basic tasks in Tally, if required.
- Ensure that all office procedures and protocols are followed.
**Key Requirements**:
- Graduate (preferably in any stream related to commerce or administration).
- Proficient in office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of Tally (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality and a professional demeanor.
**Additional Information**:
- Full-time position
- Competitive salary package based on experience
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
