As an accredited awarding body under the Training of Assessors program in the beauty and wellness sector, we play a crucial role in certifying professionals and ensuring high-quality training standards.

We seek qualified and experienced professionals in the beauty and wellness sector to join us as Freelance Assessors. As a Freelance Assessor, you will evaluate the competence of individuals pursuing certifications under the Beauty and Wellness Sector Awarding Body. Once certified, you will become an integral part of the Skill India Scheme, contributing to the growth and development of skilled professionals in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Based on industry standards, evaluate practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and overall competence.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:Ensure assessments are conducted in accordance with the guidelines and standards set by the Beauty and Wellness Sector Awarding Body.
Uphold and promote quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of assessment.

Submit assessment reports and documentation within the specified timelines.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to enhance assessment methodologies.
Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the Beauty and Wellness Sector Awarding Body.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:Certification as an Assessor under the Beauty and Wellness Sector Awarding Body.
Relevant qualifications and expertise in the beauty and wellness industry.

**Experience**:Proven experience in conducting assessments in the beauty and wellness sector.
Minimum [5] years of experience in a relevant professional role.

**Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Certification**:Certification as an Assessor under the Beauty and Wellness Sector Awarding Body is mandatory/ we shall facilitate the TOA

**Technology Proficiency**:Familiarity with relevant assessment tools and technologies.
