**Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in M365 administration, migration and Support. Must have migration project experience. Good to have contribution experience towards solution architecture. Shift timings: 5:30 PM- 02:30 AM IST or 06:30 PM - 3:30 AM.**:
**Technical Skills.**:

- 3+ years in Exchange Migration (Hybrid, IMAP) & O365 Exchange Online, Skype for Business.
- 2+ years in AD, ADFS, AAD Connect, 1+ year in Azure Administration.
- Solid hands on experience in Intune.
- Expert in Exchange 2007-2013, O365, and Skype for Business migrations.
- Perform patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery tasks.
- Set up mailboxes, device enrollments, and redundant environments.
- Assist with SOP/KB creation and support knowledge management.
- Manage Office 365 environments, address client issues, and ensure service availability.
- Participate in projects, handle escalations, and interact with Microsoft vendors.
- Strong skills in Exchange, Outlook, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ADFS.
- Excellent communication skills and global client experience.
