About The Team FIS Managed IT group provides support and implementation solutions to customers throughout the U.S. Our engineers work to provide support, design solutions, hardware systems, and provide top-tier customer service. What You Will Be Doing - Must have knowledge and experience in VMWare and virtual infrastructures - Must be able to troubleshoot VMware-ESX related incidents - Must be able to Patch and maintain ESX host servers - Must have extensive knowledge on Windows and Citrix PVS servers - Must have knowledge working on Azure, M365 and Exchange - Knowledge of ITIL - Excellent written and verbal communications What You Will Need - 4-6 years experience in working in IT services organization - Experience in working with UK / US clients - L2 level Knowledge and experience on Windows Servers 2012/16/19/22, VMware infrastructure and Citrix PVS - Good Knowledge on supporting Office 365, Azure and Exchange - Troubleshooting Windows Server, VMware, Citrix servers issues by providing detailed written root cause analysis and action plans for permanent resolution Added Bonus If You Have - Knowledge of FIS products and services - Knowledge of financial services industry and basic financial analysis principles and ratios Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience What We Offer You - An exciting opportunity be a part of World's Leading FinTech Product MNC - A range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeing - A multi-faceted job with a broad spectrum of responsibilities - A modern international work environment and a dedicated and innovative team Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
