**JOB TITLE**: Accounts Executive

**LOCATION**: Noida

**DEPARTMENT**: Accounts & Finance

**REPORTS TO**: Head of Finance / Admin & Operations Head

**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time

**EXPERIENCE**: 1-2 years

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper ledger management
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in Tally Prime.
- Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with vendors and clients for payment tracking
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain petty cash and employee reimbursement records
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and aging reports
- Ensure timely invoice generation, dispatch, and follow-up for payments
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting as required

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering services company
- Knowledge of inventory and project-based accounting
