**Position Purpose:

**Role Overview**:

We are expecting you to be a person of high energy having strong working discipline & self motivation, Good communication and problem solving skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities:

- **
- Synchronization data from HO to WH and Stores vis a vis.
- Managing IT support Helpdesk
- Application Support (ECOGREEN Admin, WH and Stores)
- Application Training to new Users
- Master data management & Creations
- Application user level access control setting as per the approval of HOD
- Level 1 Store Hardware / Network Support. If required coordinate with vendor with timely resolution.
- Server Maintenance
- Administration, housekeeping, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting Hardware problems co
- ordination with Vendors, performing Security related controls and checks.

**FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: -**
- Well versed with Excel and Macros,
- Working experience on MS SQL, MySQL, Sybase etc
- Knowledge of VB / dot net, Asp.net
- Well versed with remote Supports Tool Team viewer & Anydesk etc.

Qualification : MCA / B Tech /B Sc. (Proffered)
