**Process Trainer**
We are on a hunt for a Process Trainer to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as the Process trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Onboarding new hires to the sales development role. This includes intensive one week training. The topics covered would be the product, process, refresher training, soft skills, mock calls and feedback sessions.
2. Preparing training materials using a variety of instructional techniques and formats as well as developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
3. Develop Maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials.
4. Co-ordinate with other departments such Sales, After Sales, Placement, etc. to help the teams learn what is required for their role.
5. Manage the training results & documents and share them with the senior management.
6. Call audits of existing employees to identify and create the refresher training modules.
**Requirements**:
1. The Process Trainer will be working with the Sales Development leads to determine and create training and develop best practices related to changes in the process.
2. Need to have good presentation skills and designing Skills (Knowledge on tools like Canva)
3. A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Soft Skills/Process/Sales Trainer.
4. Impressive communication, presentation, analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
5. Graduation from any discipline preferred. Experience or Education in Business Management is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
