**Job Title: Marketing/Brand Executive - Blue Tokai**

Location: Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai

Experience: 1-2 years in F&B/Retail Marketing or Activations at an Agency**Key Responsibilities-**

**Primary**
- Brand Compliance & Consistency: Ensure all regional activities uphold the brand’s central visual and communication guidelines.
- Regional Recce: Identify and develop local café marketing strategy that is aligned with the national brand strategy, tailored to local tastes and trends.
- Local Store Marketing (LSM): Partner with store teams and vendors to roll out hyperlocal marketing initiatives that drive footfall and sales.
- Campaign Activation and Reporting: Drive end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, new store launches. Conduct relevant reporting for campaigns.

**Secondary**
- Digital & social media: Work with cross functional teams to collect content for regional presence on digital platforms.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and execute local tie-ups with brands, events, colleges, and communities to increase brand visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications-**
- Graduates with 1-2 year of marketing/activation experience (F&B/retail/agency)
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive activation campaigns on ground.
- Knowledge of offline marketing, community outreach, and event activations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business-minded with an audience-first approach - You speak in numbers, impact, and scale
- Bonus: worked with a robust marketing agency or built campaigns from scratch
