**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for students on Civil CAD software (AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, Sketchup, V-Ray).
- Develop and deliver course materials, ensuring they meet the current industry standards and student learning needs.
- Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CAD technology and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment to promote student participation.
- Conduct assessments and exams to measure students' understanding and proficiency in the software.
- Provide hands-on guidance and individual attention to students during practice sessions.
- Ensure that the training facility is equipped and organized for smooth learning experiences.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, Sketchup, and V-Ray.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in CAD or related fields will be a plus.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in CAD software or teaching experience are welcome to apply.
- A passion for teaching and helping students develop their skills.
- Patience and problem-solving abilities to assist students in practical scenarios.

Pay: ₹12,250.75 - ₹20,000.00 per month
