CADDESK Hyderabad is hiring for the position of **Structural Designer Trainer/Faculty** to train and guide students in civil engineering design software. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals with a passion for teaching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on **AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, E-TABS, BIM, and Revit**.
- Prepare engaging and practical course materials and assignments.
- Provide hands-on guidance on software tools and real-time projects.
- Assess student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in structural and civil engineering technologies.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **AutoCAD**, **STAAD Pro**, **E-TABS**, **BIM**, and **Revit**.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering concepts.
- Interest and ability to teach and mentor students.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Recent graduates from **2023, 2024, or 2025** batches are eligible.
