**Education Qualification**:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering / M.Tech in Structural Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on **AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS**.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-time project examples.
- Mentor and guide students to build strong technical knowledge.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest structural design software and industry standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS**.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and clear manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
