Experience in manufacturing of STEEL STRUCTURES, DUCTING, MS FABRICATION, Material handling equipments preferable.

Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication
Understanding of Production process & procedures
Coordinating with concerned deptt for arranging material as required
Ensuring the welding defects correction
Manpower Controlling
- Proficiency in GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW welding processes is essential.
- Thorough understanding of EN/ISO, ASME, AWS codes, and standards, as well as experience in welding and NDT activities.
- Experience in dealing with SS316, SS304, Dissimilar metal welding and Carbon steel.
- Experience in manufacturing and inspecting CS and SS components, and NDT (PT,MT, VT) inspection.
- Responsible for managing WPS, WPQR, and WPQ, and providing production department with clear work instructions.
- Supervision of welders concerning WPS, PQR, and welding parameters.
- Proficient in interpreting welding drawings accurately and preparing comprehensive welding documentation.
- Skilled in weld practices, weld map preparation, and generating technical reports and work summaries.
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to tasks.
- Added advantage with NDT Level II and/or CWI or CSWIP certification.
- Experience in liaising with TPI/Client inspectors and conducting dimensional and inspections according to drawing specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
