**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

2. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

3. Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.

5. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) to optimize content and improve performance.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, PR) to ensure social media alignment and maximum impact.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes.

**Requirements**:
1. 0.6 - 1 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.

**Nice to Have**:
1. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

3. Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
