Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and self-starting Social Media Executive to manage and elevate the digital presence of Fornax and its group companies. This role demands a blend of strategic creativity, agility, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive brand consistency and audience connection across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in content creation, social trends, and analytics, transforming corporate and HR narratives into compelling digital stories that amplify our brand voice and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the digital narrative across Fornax and its group companies ensuring every post, story, and reel reflects our culture, purpose, and brand identity.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos etc.) that captures attention, builds connection, and drives measurable engagement.
- Strategize and manage all social media platforms from planning and scheduling to tracking performance and optimizing reach.
- Collaborate with C-suite leaders and business heads, translating their vision and milestones into compelling digital storytelling.
- Lead internal and HR communication campaigns, including newsletters and internal employer branding initiatives, to amplify people stories, culture moments, and employee experiences.
- Stay ahead of trends bringing fresh ideas, viral formats, and platform innovations to keep our content dynamic and relevant.
- Leverage analytics and insights to refine strategy, boost engagement, and demonstrate ROI on content initiatives.
- Analyze digital engagement metrics in tandem with internal trends to uncover correlations, strengthen employer branding, and guide targeted communication strategies.
- Champion consistency in maintaining a unified tone and design language across corporate and group-level handles.
Key Qualifications & Specifications
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in managing multi-platform social media presence end-to-end.
- Creative storyteller with strong design sense and hands-on skills in photo/video editing software
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Analytical mindset to be able to link digital insights with engagement and trends.
- Agile, proactive, and trend-savvy, constantly exploring new ideas to elevate the brand.
- Energetic, organized, and self-motivated team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
