Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for all three verticals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate & collaborate with internal teams to gather input, feedback, and approval for planned content.

Content Creation and Ideation
- Develop fresh, engaging, and offbeat ideas for social media posts, campaigns, and initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Write creative captions, taglines, and content that drive engagement and build community.
- Create video to conceptualize and execute video content.

Design and Creatives
- Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and infographics using Canva.
- Ensure that all creatives are visually appealing, consistent with brand identity, and optimized for various platforms.

Community Building and Engagement
- Develop initiatives to foster an online community, such as contests, interactive posts, and thematic campaigns.
- Monitor audience feedback and engagement, responding to comments and messages to build strong relationships with followers.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize content strategy and improve reach and engagement.

Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to align on brand goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with the other team members to ensure seamless content execution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in managing social media content.
- Strong proficiency in Canva; experience in basic photo and video editing is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to ideate and execute innovative content and designs independently.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple verticals and deadlines.
- Passion for building and engaging with online communities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
