Restaurant Bartender/Server - House of WoK, M3M 65TH Avenue, Gurgaon
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer requests.
- Maintain knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies (liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, cutlery).
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Upsell beverages, food items, and promote specials to enhance sales.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve them to guests, and ensure timely delivery.
- Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Regularly check inventory levels, prepare requisitions, and minimize wastage.
- Provide excellent guest interaction, maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
- Follow opening and closing duties for both bar and service sections.
- Adapt to dual responsibilities—performing as a **bartender** or **server** based on shift requirement.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
