**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of **non-alcoholic beverages**, including mocktails, milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juices, and traditional Indian drinks.
- Maintain **high standards of hygiene and cleanliness** at the beverage counter at all times.
- Suggest beverages based on guests’ preferences and provide **excellent customer service**.
- Ensure all ingredients are **fresh, well-stocked, and properly stored**.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to **pair drinks with food items**.
- Innovate and update the beverage menu with **seasonal and themed drinks**.
- Follow all food safety and restaurant protocols, especially considering the **pure veg and no-alcohol policy**.
- Maintain cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Take orders, issue bills (if applicable), and process payments when working at standalone beverage counters.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or beverage specialist, preferably in a **non-alcoholic or vegetarian** setting.
- Knowledge of Indian beverages and ability to innovate with **mocktails and health drinks**.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced** environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology (non-alcoholic).
- Prior experience in a **vegetarian or wellness-focused restaurant**.
- Familiarity with ayurvedic or health-conscious ingredients is a plus.
