**1. Pharmaceutical Financial Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain and monitor financial records specific to pharmaceutical sales and inventory.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct cost accounting and profitability analysis for pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for production and sales.

**2. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and other tax filings specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Handle government regulations related to pharmaceutical finance, including drug pricing compliance (NPPA).
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

**3. Accounts Payable & Receivable (Pharma-Specific)**:

- Oversee vendor payments for raw materials, API suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from distributors and medical representatives.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

**4. Payroll & Expense Management**:

- Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (ESI, PF, professional tax).
- Manage Medical Representative (MR) expense claims, including travel and doctor visit allowances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations for payroll processing.

**5. Inventory & Cost Accounting**:

- Monitor stock valuation and cost of production in coordination with supply chain and production teams.
- Maintain records for batch-wise costing, wastage, and expiry tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation for stock audits and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

**6. Financial Controls & Process Improvement**:

- Implement internal financial controls to prevent revenue leakage and fraud.
- Identify areas for cost reduction in procurement and manufacturing.
- Stay updated with industry-specific accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
