**Job description**

**Job Title**: Accounts Executive (Accountant)
**Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years
**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
- 400013, Maharashtra.

Salary - upto 25000/

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain general ledgers, including monthly and yearly financial statements
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor payments
- Process accounts payable/receivable, manage invoices, and handle payroll
- Conduct financial analysis to identify discrepancies and report them
- Assist in audit preparation and ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Perform daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks
- Manage petty cash and ensure timely replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
