Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable policy recommendations to meet those needs. Your goal is to drive new business, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Outreach**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- **Needs Assessment**: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products, services, and industry regulations to effectively communicate details to clients.
- **Sales Goals**: Achieve monthly sales targets and metrics set by the management team.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
