**Job description**:
The Administrator GHRSC is part of the Global HR Services team that ensures HR Shared Service runs the operations successfully and is error-free.
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who has relevant experience of 1-3 years. Also, for this position, the person will be working in Night Shift.
Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources. This position will report to the Team Lead GHRSC.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide full functional support for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HRIS (Success Factor (SF) support for global regions.
- Answer incoming tickets in Service Now in a professional and timely manner
- Make analyses and observations about the area and nature of the incident, to propose changes in systems and processes to trigger actions, improvements, and other measures
- Together with Global HR Process owners and GHRSC Specialists, contribute to digitalization and automation to meet roadmaps and business strategies.
- Test new features of the Success Factor
- Work closely with Global Process Owners & System Specialist for the promotion of training material.
- Deliver predefined HR reports on request. Compile and submit information to internal and external stakeholders to meet the group and legal requirements.
- Continuously contributing to process improvement and to developing the offer and service to maximize the value and increase business performance
- Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally, and globally
- Actively contribute to the development of the Global Center of Excellence HR.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.

**HR skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Success Factor tool is a must (Talent Acquisition)
- Knowledge of Service Now will be added advantage
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent/ Good interpersonal, communication, collaborative and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work well under pressure, self-reliantly.
- Team and disciplined working spirits.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to learn and deliver.
- Customer-oriented approach to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
