**Position**: Operations Intern
**Duration**: 6 months
**Reports To**: Operations Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**: Assist in gathering and analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**: Support the team in developing and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Inventory Management**: Help monitor inventory levels, assist in stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- **Documentation**: Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation, including standard operating procedures and reports.
- **Project Support**: Participate in various operational projects, providing research, support, and follow-up on tasks.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Help schedule and prepare materials for team meetings, ensuring effective communication of operational updates.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to support operational initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,701.94 - ₹10,000.00 per month
