**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams in daily operations, ensuring effective coordination between departments.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents, including bank statements, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Help organize and maintain accurate sales-related data, reports, and documentation.
- Actively engage in sales-related activities, supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the overall sales coordination efforts, assisting with tracking sales progress and customer interactions.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing presentations and materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve overall sales and marketing processes.

**Key Requirements**
- Strong interest in sales support and marketing functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial documentation, such as bank statements and profit/loss reports.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior coursework or internship experience in marketing, business, or finance is advantageous.
- Experience in handling or analyzing financial information is a plus.
- Graduate or post - graduate specialization in marketing field
