Roles and Responsibilities:

- Developing scripts and engaging storyboards for our XR Experiences
- Ideate and create engaging learning activities and compelling content in Extended Reality (XR) through coordinating with the Product Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Collaborate with the product and design team to develop experiences, learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.
- Embed feedback mechanisms to generate data-driven, actionable insights for the Learning Experience.
- Ensuring content accuracy, relevance and alignment with current customer needs, company guidelines, procedures and systems
- Provide guidance and suitable references to developers where necessary.

What we are looking for in you:

- Relevant work/project experience in instructional design and storyboarding.
- Good knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models - active learning, micro learning, multimodal learning etc
- Strong communication, documentation and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to think and create in 3D physical spaces - you will be transforming spaces in physical reality to delightful learning experiences
- Ability to communicate in English and to express complex ideas in simple-to-understand terms.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
