Instructional Designer

**ID Roles and responsibilities**
Knowledge in designing educational content(CBTs, WBTs, ILTs) by using instructional tools and strategies such as: ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, excellent visualization skills, story boarding skills, ID standard. Other responsibilities include having:
- Sound knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and practices.
- Application of various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content
- Skills to Create/use templates in developing instructional materials
- Skills to Visualize Content and work with Graphic Designers
- **Good Business language skills.**
- Ability to work independently and interface with the Subject Matter Experts.
- Research and analytical skills for purpose of design or storyboarding
- Skills to Collaborate with SMEs to extract content/understand requirement
- Skills to Create high and low level design (Content Outline and Content Design Specification Document) for ILT development projects.
**Prerequisite Skills**
- Relevant experience of 1 year will be prefered.
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-building skills
**Qualifications Preferred**
Post Graduate degrees (preferred in Educational Technology/Instructional Design)
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
