**Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, and redline a variety of agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, operating agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the bar in the United States/India
- 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate or Real estate field.
- Strong understanding of US contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹45,121.36 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
