**Telecaller Job Description (0 to 1 year experience)**

**Position**: Telecaller

**Location**: Puducherry

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick start their career in sales and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, and complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and resolve issues.
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Basic computer skills and PPT Presentation.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
