**Job Title**: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant - OPM Manufacturing & Costing
**Experience**: 8 + Years
**Location**: Remote / Hybrid

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the functional lead for Oracle OPM Manufacturing and Costing modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to process manufacturing operations.
- Configure OPM modules**:Product Development, Process Execution, Inventory, Quality, and Costing**.
- Design and document functional specifications (MD50, BR100, TE20, etc.).
- Support the setup of formulas, recipes, batches, resources, and routings.
- Work on **Costing setups** including standard and actual cost methods, cost roll-ups, and cost variance analysis.
- Collaborate with technical teams on RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Conduct CRP, UAT testing, and provide user training.
- Resolve production support issues and provide ongoing support for business users.

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of Oracle EBS Functional experience, with at least 3+ years in **Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)**.
- Strong domain knowledge in **process manufacturing** (pharma, chemical, food & beverage, etc.).
- Expertise in OPM modules**:Inventory, Process Execution, Product Development, Quality, Costing**.
- Working knowledge of **Financial and Supply Chain integration** points (PO, OM, GL, SLA).
- Good understanding of **Batch Management, Yield, Lot Control, and Compliance**.
- Experience in preparing AIM/OUM documentation (MD50, BR100, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 (especially OPM Cost Management).
- Knowledge of **Oracle MES** or **Shop Floor integration** is a plus.
- Basic PL/SQL skills for data extraction/validation (not mandatory).
- Oracle Certification in Manufacturing or Costing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
