2. Maintain the records of interactions of customers.

**Required skills**:
Qualification : BA/MA English Literature
1. Excellent academic record.
2. Excellent in spoken English
3. Should be able to speak with confidence & in a friendly manner.
4. Should be able to use basic internet tools like Word & Excel.
5. Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment.
6. Should have spoken proficiency in at least 2 more languages other than English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
