Key Responsibilities
- **Maintenance & Repair**: Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on various tools, dies, molds, and production machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**: Identify and resolve issues with tooling equipment and processes to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- **Calibration & Inspection**: Calibrate tools and conduct dimensional inspections to ensure they meet strict technical specifications.
- **Design & Development**: Assist engineers in the design and building of new custom tooling and equipment to meet specific manufacturing needs.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage tool inventories, maintain records, and order new components and supplies as needed.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and tooling usage.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, machinists, and other production staff to optimize tooling processes and provide solutions to problems.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulations related to tooling and equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
